Natural Kitchen, Multiple Locations

Where do you go when you're on a 'diet?' - somewhere with natural in the name of course. In a bid to be a bit healthier and steer clear or our usual burger and fries, myself and a group of friends headed to Natural Kitchen for a late lunch.

The menu is as you'd expect, lots of juices, salads and avocado galore but it's a pretty impressive menu with loads to choose from. Grilled halloumi, 'skin on' fries, salads and flatbreads made their way to our table after a short browse of the menu and it was all pretty impressive to look at. I ordered the Greek Style Lamb Burger (the word burger should be used loosely here, see below).

Made up of a chunky lamb burger, feta cheese, salad and tzatziki wedged in-between a toasted flatbread, it looked almost impossible to eat - and it was. After multiple attempts, including putting the whole thing in my mouth which was a fail, I finally managed to get a decent bite and it was delicious but a little dry. Now I get it's meant to be somewhat healthy but if I had my way the whole thing would have been drizzled with tzatziki instead of the small dollop it was served with.

I definitely enjoyed it, and my friends seemed too also, but my particular meal was definitely more effort than it was worth to eat. It's not too pricey, my meal with a strawberry lemonade came to about £14 which is pretty standard.

I would recommend it but probably not the burger options.

  1. I love that you went here in a bid to steer clear of the usual burger, but still ordered a burger. 😂
